Whether it is enjoyment, investing, or necessity the best real estate transactions are handled in a smooth and efficient manner for the seller and buyer. That only happens when hard work and dedication is coupled with integrity and open communication. This pursuit for such a win-win is what Poul Erik Norgaard brings to the table as a real estate agent.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Poul Erik Norgaard was born and raised in Denmark and has always been on the adventurous side of life. While traveling throughout the United States in 1998, he met his future wife in Los Angeles. In 2004, after spending years in Denmark, Poul Erik and his family moved to the LA area to pursue more adventures. Following several years of working in Information Technology (IT) at both the University of Southern California and in the hedge fund industry, Poul Erik moved to the South Bay and took a call to serve in a local church. Although IT is now gone, Poul Erik has brought with him to Real Estate the high-end customer service, where discretion, listening, and understanding of the clients needs are crucial. Combined with his Scandinavian-inspired practical and honest approach to life, this makes him a solid partner in the negotiations of any transactions and in particular Divorce Property sales. In 2017, he joined the top producing team The Kondo Group as a listing and buyer specialist for residential and investment real estate. The Kondo Group has been continuously rated in the top 1% of producers nationwide and ranked as a top real estate team by the Wall Street Journal. Poul Erik is an Accredited Property Valuation Specialist and certified by NCREA as a commercial real estate agent as well as certified as Trust and Probate Specialist by California Association of Realtors.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
